An 'automatic payment' is a payment you can set up with your bank to pay us at regular intervals. You will need to do this either through your online banking, telephone banking or by visiting your nearest bank branch. Your automatic payment to our bank account should match the amount and date nominated on your recurring transfer set up in OrbitRemit.
A 'standing order' is exactly the same as an automatic payment and is the terminology used in the UK.
