What happens if I have sent the wrong amount to your bank account?

So you have forgotten to send us the fee or maybe you added an extra zero when making payment to us? Not to worry, we are here to help.

Not paid us enough?

You have two options:

  1. If we don't hear from you, the transfer will automatically be adjusted to the amount received. We do this to avoid delays in processing your transfer.
  2. If you need to send the amount you originally created you can make a second payment to our account for the short paid amount. Let us know if you would like to make a second payment by sending a support ticket and we will leave the transfer open until we receive both payments.

Paid us too much?

If the value of your payment is over $1,000 (AUD or NZD) we will require a proof of payment  to be able to process a refund for the excess amount.

If payment is under $1,000, just send us a support ticket with your account details so we can process a refund for you.
