So you have paid for your transfer but forgot to add your Customer Number as the reference with your payment? Not to worry, this is one of our most frequently asked questions.
If this happens you need to send a Support Ticket to let us know and we will make sure our reconciliation team keep an eye out for your payment.
If this is your first transfer with us, please upload a Proof of Payment to your profile. As you have no previous transfer or payment history, we are unable to cross reference previous bank lines and a proof of payment will help us locate your payment.
