Some banks impose a daily or per payment limit to the amount you can send via your internet banking. If you have a daily or per payment internet banking limit, we recommend contacting your bank to request this be raised or removed. Unfortunately, we have no oversight of these limits and cannot give specific advice as limits differ from person to person and bank to bank.
If you discover you have a daily/per payment limit and are are unable to have it removed or increased please get in touch and let us know you will be paying with multiple payments.
To ensure your transfer is processed as intended it is important you include your customer number as the reference with each payment to our account. If you fail to do so, please notify us so your transfer is not adjusted.
If you have forgotten to attach your customer number as the reference with your split payment, please get in touch with a member of our support team who will be able to assist you.
