Some banks impose a daily or per payment limit to the amount you can send via your internet banking. If you have a daily or per payment internet banking limit, we recommend contacting your bank to request this be raised or removed. Unfortunately, we have no oversight of these limits and cannot give specific advice as limits differ from person to person and bank to bank.
If you discover you have a daily/per payment limit and are unable to have it removed or increased please get in touch and let us know you will be paying with multiple payments.
To ensure your transfer is processed as intended it is important you include your provided reference as the reference to appear on our account with each payment. If you fail to do so, please notify us so your transfer is not adjusted.
If you have forgotten to attach your reference with your split payment, please create a support ticket.
