How can I find an alternative provider?
There are many alternative service providers who continue to process transfers from the UK. We advise customers to research online remittance providers and select one that best suits their needs.
Can I still pay off my student loan from GBP > NZD?
For an ongoing student loan repayment, there are other providers endorsed by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD). You can find a list of these and more information on their website.
We are still able to settle transfers with GBP as the receiving currency. Transfers from Australia (AUD) and New Zealand (NZD) are unaffected by this change.
