What to do immediately
Change your password
- Go to the OrbitRemit login page.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Follow the instructions to reset your password.
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Log in to your account and go to Settings.
- Enable 2FA to add an extra layer of security to your account.

Review your recent account activity
- Check your recent transfers for any unauthorised activity.
- If you notice any suspicious transfers, report them to our support team immediately.
