We have new Australian bank account details

We’ve updated our Australian bank account details to improve transfer speed when you fund your transfer by Australian bank deposit.

With these new bank account details, your transfers can now be processed faster — with the same great OrbitRemit experience you’re used to.

What changed?

If you’re funding by bank transfer, you’ll now see the new OrbitRemit Australian bank account details when you reach the Payment methods screen and select Bank Transfer in the OrbitRemit app or web app.

Please make sure you use these new bank account details when funding your transfer.

You’ll always find the correct OrbitRemit bank account details in the app or web app.

What did not change?

If you fund your transfer by debit card, credit card, or PayID, nothing has changed. These payment methods are not affected by the new bank account details.

Payments made to our previous bank account details will still be received and processed accordingly.

Macquarie and HSBC Bank payments

We don’t support payments from Macquarie Bank or HSBC with our new Australian bank account.

If you bank with Macquarie or HSBC, please use another bank account or choose one of our fast payment methods, such as card or PayID.
