How to pay with POLi (New Zealand only)

POLi is a secure online payment method that lets you pay directly from your New Zealand bank account — no card details required.

POLi is available in New Zealand only. Payments must be under NZD $10,000.

Steps to pay with POLi

  1. Log in to your OrbitRemit account and set up your transfer — select your destination country, enter the amount, and add your recipient's details.
  2. On the payment screen, select Pay with POLi.
  3. Click Continue, then Start POLi Payment.
  4. Select your bank from the list and click Continue.
  5. Enter your internet banking credentials — your customer registration number and password.
  6. Click Log on, then review and confirm the payment.

Once confirmed, your transfer status will update to Processing Funds. You don't need to do anything further — OrbitRemit will update the status again once the funds have been sent to your recipient.
