Is there a limit on how much I can send?
Yes. Transfer limits vary by destination country and are set by local banks and regulators — these limits are outside OrbitRemit's control.

How can I pay for my transfer?
You can fund your transfer using:
- Bank transfer
- Debit card
- Credit card
- POLi
How long does it take for OrbitRemit to receive my payment?
We generally receive NZD payments within around 4 hours. Exact timing depends on your bank.

How long will it take for my recipient to receive the money?

Can I send money from a business account?
Yes. OrbitRemit supports business account transfers from New Zealand. Please note we are currently unable to provide services to:
- Charities
- NGOs (Non-Governmental Organisations)
