The calculator is the first screen you'll see when you log in to OrbitRemit. It lets you check live exchange rates, fees, and the exact amount your recipient will receive before you commit to anything.
How to use the calculator
1. Enter an amount
You can enter either:
- The amount you want to send, or
- The amount you want your recipient to receive
The calculator will instantly update to show the exchange rate, fees, and total amount.
2. Select your currencies
- Choose the currency you are sending and the currency your recipient will receive
- Use the drop-down menu to switch between available currency options
Your send and receive currencies are saved automatically, so you won't need to reselect them every time you create a transfer.
What's next?
Once you've selected the correct amount and currency pair, click Make Transfer to continue.
If this is your first transfer, you'll be asked to complete your profile before proceeding.
