Whether the recipient's account details are invalid or you no longer need to send to them, you can remove a recipient from your account at any time.
On web
- Log in to your OrbitRemit account and go to the Recipients tab on the dashboard.
- Hover over the recipient you want to delete.
- The options View or Delete will appear — select Delete.
- A Delete Confirmation prompt will appear — confirm to permanently remove the recipient.
On mobile
- Log in to the OrbitRemit app and tap the Recipients tab.
- Tap the recipient you want to delete to open their details.
- Tap the trash can icon in the top-right corner.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleting a recipient does not affect any transfers that have already been processed. If you need to update incorrect recipient details for a pending transfer, see: My transfer is 'Awaiting Update' — how do I add new account details?
