You can update the email address linked to your OrbitRemit account through your account settings on web or mobile.
On web
- Log in to your account and click your initials in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Change Email Address from the menu.
- Enter your new email address and your current password.
- Click Confirm.
- A verification email will be sent to your new email address — click the link in the email to complete the change.
On mobile
- Log in to the OrbitRemit app and tap Settings in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap View Profile, then tap Change Email next to your current email address.
- Enter your new email address and your current password.
- Tap Change Email Address.
- A verification email will be sent to your new email address — click the link in the email to complete the change.
Once verified, your new email address will be active the next time you log in. All future account notifications and confirmations will be sent to your new address.
