Your customer number is your unique OrbitRemit account number. You must include it as the payment reference whenever you make a bank transfer payment to OrbitRemit — this is how we match your payment to your transfer.
Where to find your customer number
On web:
- Log in to your account at orbitremit.com.
- Click your initials in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Your customer number will be displayed in your profile.
On mobile:
- Log in to the OrbitRemit app.
- Tap your initials or profile icon.
- Your customer number will be displayed in your profile.
Always include your customer number as the payment reference when paying by bank transfer. If you forget to include it, your transfer may be delayed. See: I forgot to attach my customer reference with my payment.
