How it works
- Complete 10 paid transfers through OrbitRemit.
- A $5 reward coupon is automatically added to your account.
- Apply the $5 discount to your next transfer to reduce your sending costs.
How to find and use your reward
- Go to the Rewards section in the OrbitRemit app or web dashboard to check your progress and view earned coupons.
- When creating your next transfer, look for the option to apply your reward during the payment stage.
- Select the coupon and the $5 will be deducted from your total automatically.
Important things to know
- Only paid transfers count towards your 10-transfer milestone
- Transfers that already use a discount or promotional code do not count towards your tally
- You can view all your rewards — including discounts and free transfers — under the Rewards tab in your account.
- All loyalty rewards have an expiry date. Rewards that are not used before the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated. We recommend using your rewards as soon as possible to avoid losing them.
- Expiry dates are shown in your account under Rewards.
- Expired rewards cannot be recovered or extended.
