To verify your OrbitRemit business account in Australia, you'll need to provide documentation based on your business structure. Find your business type below to see what's required.
Registered company (Pty Ltd)
- An ASIC company extract that outlines the share structure of your business
- A company bank statement displaying the company name and demonstrating cash flow
- Photo identification for all directors and beneficial owners (a beneficial owner is anyone who holds 25% or more of the company's shares)
- A brief description of your business activities and the intended purpose of your transfers
- Your business website address (if you have one)
If 25% or more of your company's shares are owned by another company, we will also need to complete business verification for that company.
If your shares are partially or fully held by a trust, we are currently unable to process transfers on behalf of your company.
Sole trader
- A copy of your most recent self-assessment tax return confirming you are self-employed
- A business bank statement showing your trading name
- Confirmation of your ABN
- Your business website address (if you have one)
- A few sentences describing your business activities and the nature of your transfers and your relationship with your recipient

If you are registering as an individual rather than a business, you will need to meet the personal verification requirements instead.
