PayID deposits via NAB

You can fund your OrbitRemit transfer instantly using PayID through your NAB account. Before you begin, have your OrbitRemit PayID details ready — you'll need the PayID email address and the Description/Reference shown on your OrbitRemit PayID details page.


Via the NAB mobile app

  1. Tap Transfer & Pay in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Select the account you wish to transfer from and tap Next.
  3. Select Pay anyone.
  4. Select Mobile/PayID, then choose Email address.
  5. Enter the PayID email address shown on your OrbitRemit PayID details page and tap Continue.
  6. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
  7. Enter your Description/Reference in the Detailed Description field only.
  8. Leave the Description for payee (optional) field blank.
  9. Tap Next to complete your deposit.

Via NAB internet banking

  1. Log in to your internet banking account and select Funds transfer, then choose Pay to a PayID.
  2. Select Email and enter the PayID email address shown on your OrbitRemit PayID details page.
  3. Click Verify.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
  5. Enter your Description/Reference in the Description field.
  6. Click Next to complete your deposit.

First-time or large deposits: If this is your first PayID deposit or you are depositing a large amount, NAB may hold your payment for up to 24 hours before it clears. This is a standard bank security measure and is not something OrbitRemit can override.
