When sending money to OrbitRemit, there are certain account types and payment methods we are unable to accept.
Account types we cannot accept payments from

| PayPal | We cannot accept payments from PayPal accounts |
| Trust accounts | We cannot accept payments from trust accounts |
| SMSF (Self-Managed Super Fund) | We cannot accept payments from self-managed super funds |
| Third-party accounts | Payments must come from an account held in your name — we cannot accept payments where the account holder is someone else |
Brokerage accounts: You can pay from a brokerage account, but only if the account is in your name. We may ask you to provide a document confirming account ownership.
Payment methods we cannot accept
- Cash
- Cheques
- Cryptocurrency — we also cannot send money to cryptocurrency platforms
