Notice to OrbitRemit Customers:

As of 1 July 2023, OrbitRemit has ceased trading operations in the UK. We are committed to ensuring that all customers with remaining funds, whether identified or unidentified, have the opportunity to claim their funds.

If you believe you have funds owed to you, please follow the steps outlined below to contact us for verification and retrieval of your funds.

How to Claim Your Funds:

  1. Gather Necessary Information:
    • Your full name
    • Your OrbitRemit account number (if available)
    • Email address registered with OrbitRemit
    • Any transaction details that may help us verify your claim (e.g., dates, amounts, reference details, recipient information)
  2. Contact Us:
    • Email: Send an email to our Customer Service Manager at unclaimedfundsuk@orbitremit.com 
    • Subject Line: Use the subject line "Claim for Unclaimed Funds - [Your Full Name]".
    • Content: In your email, provide all the necessary information gathered in Step 1.
  3. Verification Process:
    • Once we receive your email, our team will verify your claim using the provided information.
    • You may be asked to provide additional documentation or information to assist in the verification process.
  4. Funds Disbursement:
    • After verification, instructions will be given on how your funds will be disbursed.
    • Please allow up to 15 business days for the verification and disbursement process to be completed.
  • Important Notes:

    • Our team will only respond to claims submitted through the specified email address.
    • Please ensure that all provided information is accurate to avoid delays in the verification process.
