Your transfer number is a unique identifier for each transfer you make with OrbitRemit. Having it on hand helps our support team locate your transfer quickly and allows you to download the correct receipt.
How to download a transfer receipt
Receipts can only be downloaded via the OrbitRemit website using a supported web browser. They are not available through the mobile app.
- Log in to your OrbitRemit account on the website.
- Go to the Transfers tab.
- Search for the specific transfer you want a receipt for.
- Expand the transfer details by selecting or dragging down the entry.
- Click Download Receipt to generate and save a copy.
Can I download receipts for older transfers?
Yes. Receipts are available for all completed transfers in your account history. Follow the same steps above — all available receipts can be generated on demand.
Where can I find my transfer number?
You can find your transfer number in any of the following places:
- The confirmation email you received after creating your transfer
- The Transfers section of your OrbitRemit account on web or mobile
What if I can't download my receipt?
- Make sure you are using a supported web browser — receipts are not available on the mobile app
- Check that your internet connection is stable

Can I get a printed copy?
Yes. Once downloaded, you can print your receipt directly from your computer or mobile device.
