A status of Awaiting Collection means OrbitRemit has received your payment and the funds are ready for your recipient to collect as cash from their local collection point.
If you provided a valid mobile number for your recipient, they will receive an SMS with their reference number and instructions on how to collect the cash.
What does my recipient need to collect the funds?
Your recipient will need to bring their reference number and valid photo ID to their nearest collection point. See the relevant guide for their country for full collection details.
