Once we have received payment for your transfer the status will show as Processing funds. This means you have successfully funded your transfer and it is currently under review by our team who are working fast to ensure your transfer can be processed safely and without issue. In some cases we may need to contact you for more information, this is to ensure we comply with our compliance obligations as a regulated entity, otherwise you will receive an automatic update once your transfer has been processed to to your recipient's country.
Do I need to do anything?
No. There is nothing further you need to do at this stage. OrbitRemit will process your transfer and update the status once the funds have been sent to your recipient.
If your transfer status remains on Processing Funds for longer than expected, check for a message from our team or contact us and we'll look into it for you.
