A transfer is marked as void when OrbitRemit has not received payment for it. We require payment to be made immediately after a transfer is created — if payment is not received, the transfer will be voided.
Voided transfers cannot be reinstated. If you need to proceed, you will need to create a new transfer.
If you have already paid but your transfer shows as void
This may mean your payment has not been matched to your transfer. Please open a support ticket and our team will look into it for you.
To avoid transfers being voided, always make payment to OrbitRemit's bank account immediately after creating your transfer, and ensure your customer number is included as the payment reference.
