A proof of payment is a screenshot or image which depicts the payment being made to our account. Proof of payments are requested as a security measure to ensure the funds are being returned to the originating account or to ensure we have sufficient information to locate your payment.
What does the proof of payment need to include?
- Payment amount
- Senders Bank account name
- Senders Bank account number
Do not take screenshots through your mobile banking application as they generally do not include all three requirements in one image.

If we have contacted you requesting a proof of payment, please attach it directly to the support ticket we send you so the necessary actions can be taken.
