Why can't I cancel my transfer?

When you create a transfer, OrbitRemit purchases the destination currency on your behalf immediately in order to secure your exchange rate. Because the currency has already been purchased, transfers cannot be cancelled directly through your account.


Can I request a cancellation?

Yes. While you cannot cancel a transfer yourself, you can contact our support team and we will review your case and advise on the next steps.
