‘Awaiting Update’

This status means we have encountered a problem in completing your transfer.

Usually this status is generated when the beneficiary account details you have supplied are invalid; most likely the account number is incorrect or the account name you entered differs from what is noted against the account you are attempting to transfer to.

Once your transfer has this status you have two options;

  1. Provide updated/alternate account details
  2. Apply for a refund
