What to do
- Open a support ticket and let us know your payment was sent without your customer number as the reference.
- Our reconciliation team will be notified to look out for your payment.

Please also attach a proof of payment to your support ticket.
Because you have no previous transfer or payment history with us, we are unable to cross-reference your bank details against past transactions. A proof of payment helps our team locate your payment quickly.
