I forgot to attach my customer reference with my payment

Don't worry — this is one of our most frequently asked questions. Here's what to do to make sure your payment is matched to your transfer without delay.


What to do

  1. Open a support ticket and let us know your payment was sent without your customer number as the reference.
  2. Our reconciliation team will be notified to look out for your payment.

If this is your first transfer with OrbitRemit

Please also attach a proof of payment to your support ticket.

Because you have no previous transfer or payment history with us, we are unable to cross-reference your bank details against past transactions. A proof of payment helps our team locate your payment quickly.
