You have the ability to update certain information we hold about you. To make updates to your profile, navigate to the icon bearing your initials in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard. Click the dropdown arrow and select 'Settings' then 'Profile'. In the Profile drop down you will see what details can be updated from the web. For information on updating other details of your profile, see below.
What can you edit?
Name
Your name can be updated in certain circumstances. If you have changed your name for any reason, we can help you update the name on your profile. You will be asked to send us a photo or scan of a legal document showing your name change (e.g. marriage certificate, deed poll, etc.) along with your ID if it hasn't been verified yet.
Date of birth
Your date of birth can’t be changed after you’ve completed identity verification.
Address
Your address can be changed. If you've moved house, we'll ask you send us your new address details and in some cases may ask for a document to verify your new details. You can send a request to change your address to support@orbitremit.com. For information on acceptable proof of address documents, see How do I change my profile address?
Phone number
Your phone number can be changed but you will need to re-verify your mobile number.
Email address
Your email address can be changed on the web app. For more information, see How do I change my email address?
